DJ gasty Aldrin at AeroI suddenly thought, "hmmm...there must be an "Argentina," after Jo TPed me to virtual New York City. I did find it in search and it turned out to be a very lovely and friendly place.
When I arrived, the first place I wanted to go was the Aero dance club. They were playing great music, a mix of Argentine and American songs. It was just like other clubs in SL, in that there was a DJ and he talked between songs (I didn't know what he was saying, though). But, there was no host/ess to chat and suggest tipping the DJ or the venue. The DJ's tip jar was empty! I wonder if that was typical; perhaps I will be able to ask him sometime when we can use the translator.

A high-rise towers over the surrounding empty land. Apparently, this is homes and offices because I couldn't explore there. There is a drive-in theater, ice skating and freebie shop. All the people I ran into were friendly, in spite of my being mistaken for a man: ) and the fact I could only communicate with a translator.
The sim would be a perfect place for a wedding. There is a beautiful gazebo by the ocean and a huge romantic dance floor on the other side of the church. A pond with swans is set in the park and, although it's a public sim, there are plenty of places for quiet reflection or chat with your sweetheart.
