Galaad Uramen on HPI

I have had some interesting experiences with translators, particularly lately. Of the free, readily available ones, I have found the Simbolic is the best for Spanish. Amakusa and I can understand each other pretty well in spite of the translator. I have learned to recognize many Spanish words and Amakusa is learning English. But occasionally the translator has caused some issues.

When I'm on Help People Island, I use Velma's Free (Google) Translator, which automatically recognizes the languages. Last week, I tried to help a German guy and the translator was a disaster. It was saying a bunch of nonsense. I switched to the Simbolic and that was a bit better, but we had quite a time communicating. I found a German place for new residents, but there was no one there. I gave him the landmark and he looked at the tutorials. Back at HPI, we finally found Luana, who speaks German, and she talked to him.

On Friday night, a Vietnamese man was looking for help. This is how it went:
Huy: I'm Viêt nam

Huy: no
