The Best Date in SL

When I first met onso, I thought he was a bit rough around the edges, but that was a mistaken impression. One day while we were at Savoy Jazz Club, I got to know the kind and sensitive person he is. He decided to arrange a lovely date for us.

I had just finished shopping for a dress on Monday, which (as you know) pushes me over the edge. Osno asked me if I would be available that evening and, as I was, he teleported me to Astronomy & Planetarium by Mag. We enjoyed the exhibit of the planets in the basement.

The next place we went was DaVinci. He rezzed a submarine for us to explore under the sea and, surprisingly, in the sky. Although I had been the DaVinci many times, I had never been in the submarine.

Then, he teleported me to an old favorite, the Tunnel of Light, in which you ride in a...TEACUP. He showed me a new way to view it and get interesting pics.

That seemed all too short when we moved on to dinner at Willowdale, a Chinese restaurant. I don't know if osno noticed I had three desserts; he politely didn't mention it. We didn't tip the waitress, because she kept removing our plates before we were finished.

We explored a Victorian "house" at Bretagne and ended the evening with an intimate chat by the fire until I noticed the time and sent him to bed. (I am infamous for thoughtlessly keeping him up all night, exploring and chatting.) It was evident he had given much thought to what I would like in a date and sweetly surprised me with his choices. Could anyone have been more thoughtful on a date? I realized, although we are just close friends, the "best" part of the date was him, his thoughtfulness and generosity with his time.
