Agita and Cats Attacking from All Angles

Se7en at Elorian Gardens 18, 137, 26 this morning in my new shirt from ET Sparta
I am finding too much excitement on weekends in SL. Don't laugh so loud! I am actually a homebody, especially after a typical week in which I spend Monday through Thursday evenings out at meetings and chaffeuring Qz to class, in addition to working part-time. And [I never thought I would say this] I keep forgetting to eat. So last night after helping newbies and TPing a couple of friends to various dance clubs, I got very hungry and ate sour cream & onion potato chips at about 11:30 pm. I awoke at 5:00 am with indigestion, although only enough to cause me to start thinking about future writing projects.

The cats are happy to see me up and around. Siobhan brings me her balled-up socks and paper wads to play fetch, grabbing onto my leg with her massive paws. Amber climbs onto my lap. Alex hops up onto the table and starts cooing and rubbing his head on Amber. Since they're awake, they decide to get into stuff, wrestling around in a paper bag left from yesterday and climbing all over the kitchen counters looking for trouble. Now they have scurried off to find trouble in the dining room.

I have been volunteering as a greeter at HPI, which provides much interesting material for writing, as you may imagine. For two days, it seems to be all about sex. On Friday, a guy asked one of the HPI ladies in a public chat where to buy male body parts. "That's a common question," she said matter-of-factly. I was *covering ears* and thinking, you have to buy them?! But then I thought,
hmm...I never checked myself under the glued-on panties.
The guy's question led to some interesting conversation all around and ended with a bunch of us receiving a landmark for a store to buy male and female parts. [Don't even think about me going there! I just knew some guy was going to ask me and I wanted to be prepared.]

As if that wasn't enough to make me blush to beet red (although Se7en was cool and calm), a girl IMed me yesterday saying she had a problem with her female parts. She was quite embarrassed to have to approach a stranger about it, but I told her no worries (lol). She started to describe how she tried to assembled it and we took out the instructions. We went to the sandbox (actually not the place to be for this assembling) and took out part of it. As we were trying to figure out what went wrong, a guy came over and touched it. I told him "hands off!" and if he wasn't trying to TP, "get out!" He went to the other corner to play. Soon I realized I was not going to be able to help her and searched the web and found support for her items (lol). Fortunately, she had a good sense of humor when I asked her questions like
"you broke it?"
and "you have to buy the [part] separately?" I finally told her I had learned I don't want a virtual v*****, to which we both laughed heartily.

[After she TPed away, I talked to the curious guy and told him to ask first before touching other people's things. I told him I wasn't trying to be rude, but he was upsetting her because it was a private matter. I really don't think he knew what we were doing and was just curious. He accepted his scolding well and apologized, so we were all good after that.]

I needed a break after that episode and a friend TPed me away to dancing, which was overstimulating so shortly I told him and our other friend good night. Whew...
