I hope you get to meet GayUnitedKingdom LittleBoots, if only for the pure joy of seeing him in action. I met him on HPI, while he was making one of those notorious mistakes; he offered me friendship without ever talking to me. I refused it, but immediately I found him and talked to him. In IM, I told him it was customary to talk to someone before offering friendship. I asked him what he liked to be called (I refuse to type that whole name while we're talking) and he told me, "Gay." I offered him friendship, thinking this is going to be interesting. I had no idea...The next time I saw him, he had teleported me to a dance floor. There was a bunch of people dancing. I joined in. Gay was wearing a wild rainbow-colored shiny outfit with stars attached to his feet; he radiated. He started shouting (as much as you can shout in print) about "JOJO HAS JOINED. THE POT IS UP TO $32. PLAY THE SPLODER. THE NEXT WINNER WILL BE IN 3 MIN." I asked him if this was his job and he said no, he does it for fun. I had no lindens and when I won some (not sure how), I gave them back to him. I hung out for awhile, but I became overstimulated with all the noise and action. By the time I left, Gay had put on an outfit that made him look like fireworks.
Today, he found me in Mary Lou, just finishing my pics for secondchick.com. When I finished, I asked him to teleport me. He was wearing this outfit that looked like it came from the Carnivorous Clown collection. He was playing the sploder game again and I couldn't dance. I clicked on the danceball and it only offered "sit." I didn't want to embarrass myself by sitting on the danceball up by the ceiling. Somehow, I managed to win again, but I don't need any lindens. I will get paid next week. I gave it back to him. Since I couldn't dance I left. I'm sure in a day or two he will IM me again for more excitement. Maybe sometime, he'll be in the mood to chat with me and I can get to know him.
