911: What's Your Emergency?

Congratulations to Zhai! HPI has promoted her due to her excellent service.

This morning, my RL cat Siobhan decided it was time for me to get up at 5:50 am [darn cat-I was going to sleep in]. I thought since I was up, maybe I could investigate how to design clothing. As soon as I started looking at the wiki, my friend John (not his real name) IMed me.
John: hey
Se7en: hi john
Se7en: what are you doing up so early?
John: never went to bed
Se7en: have you been out?
John: on here
Se7en: all night?
Se7en: you're as bad as me

I convinced him to go to bed. Then, I teleported to HPI to see what was going on there. Fortunately, it was much quieter than last night. I noticed a tall, dark and handsome stranger in a police uniform, with floating text over his head "PD 911." Someone said, "i didn't know we had police here." To which I replied, "we need police here." PD came right over to me and asked how he could help me. "no help needed now, but you should have been here last night," I told him. He asked me what had happened. I told him the story of "Foxface." MissMia joined our conversation saying "Foxface" had been banned. Apparently, after I left last night "Foxface" became even more obnoxious and took all his clothes off. After repeated warnings, Velma banned him.

Is PD a "real" police officer? MissMia told me she didn't know, but that earlier he had warned a guy seeking her phone number to "back off." I asked PD how I should contact him if I needed him. He said to IM him and offered me his friendship. Perhaps it's a clever disguise; wouldn't that be a great way to get girls-rescue them? Then, he would not be pursuing them and perceived to be an annoyance. He would be a hero; they would be calling him. He would have it made!
